How do I purchase a membership?
After scheduling a virtual meeting or providing your information in the contact form of the service, you
will obtain a formal quote and a contract (terminable monthly). You can also request a membership
through Google Pay followed by a direct payment and a contract (also terminable on monthly basis).
Intensive Timetable:
10 days (3 hours/week excluding Sundays)
Extensive Timetable:
20 days (1.5 hours/week excluding Sundays).
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods that we accept are two:
Through Bank Transfers to our Bank Account.
Through Google Pay, which accepts different payment methods from your Google account depending on
the country live in, including: Maestro Debit Cards, Visa Credit Card, American Express, etc..

Do you offer a free-trial?
Yes, all services come with a free consultation (including an online meeting).
How will I get free support and updated on my project?
Depending on the type of subscription you have contracted, you will have free support by email and/or
virtual meeting. As well as weekly updates on your projects with our project marketing spreadsheets
and fact charts we'll send you.
How will I schedule a service session? (corporate marcom, HR marketing, strategic consultancy or e- learning).
You will discuss your goals before you start using Wise Help's marketing services so that we can design a
service session plan that is most suitable for you. Any required changes to the service session plan can
be emailed immediately and reasonable adjustments can be made.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, you must send a cancellation letter that comes with your contract
membership at least one month in advance. You can mail the cancellation letter with your details to
wisehelpmarketingservices@gmail.com
